[yfk] Latest yfjtest and items to consider

Hi gang;

I would make three changes/additions to the current 0.0.8 version of yfktest.

1 - There should be a way within the program to select a pre-existing qso
file to use besides just a command line invocation. This will allow use of
a gui-based .desktop file to invoke the program when a qso file already
exists.

2 - ANY messages should be placed to the n-curses terminal. screen and
especially BEFORE closing the program; again so that this program can be
used in a gui/desktop setting. Currently a file access failure is declared
*after* the program is closed.

3 - Please notate in the doc ("MANUAL") that editing previous qsos must be
followed with the "enter" key to complete the edit.

Otherwise this is an excellent and easy to use program. Thank you for your
efforts.
